Welcome to Part Two of our Chapter Book series! (This is part of our series for paid subscribers, releasing every other week between free posts.)
In Part One, we explored how to come up with a great chapter book idea.
Today, in Part Two, we will look at the craft of writing chapter books. We’ll go deeper into character, talk about plot, language, sentence structure, and chaptering. We’ll talk about what we’ve learned from writing manuscripts for submission as well as subsequent titles, including examples from our own work.
